Amazon refused to accept a return due to a fault with a pair of glasses I ordered. Luckily there is the Opulize team. They responded very quickly and arranged a free replacement. Unfortunately, we now have a customs border and the customs charges would have been almost three times the cost of the product. Once again, Opluize responded excellently and offered a new delivery with a pro forma invoice. Sadly, the customs border not only causes costs, but also very long delivery times.
Again, no problem, Opluize transferred the cost of the glasses to Paypal.
That's what I call customer service that many could learn from.
